Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• You received a wrong product, size, quantity or design.
• The product arrived damaged or broken due to shipping.
• The product has a manufacturing or quality issue that was present before use.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to report an issue.

2. MDF & Wooden Products

MDF, wooden bases, cutouts and other wooden products may have minor variations in colour, texture, edges, and natural finish. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Customized MDF

Customized MDF cutouts, engraved pieces, names, shapes, sizes and other made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the wrong item was sent or there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos/videos of the parcel before opening it, including packaging.
2. Take photos/videos of the damaged product.
3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.

4. Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product/size.

5. Used or Opened Products

Products that have been used, opened, altered, painted, or customized after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
